Yvette A Wallace


Yvette obtained her Law Degree from the University of the West Indies in 1990 and the Certificate in Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica in 1992. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies attesting to the broad knowledge and resource base of the Firm.

She is a past member of the Advocates Association of Jamaica and is admitted to the Jamaican, Anguillian, Nevis and St. Kitts Bars. An active individual outside of mainstream law, Yvette is a past President of the Rotary Club of Anguilla (2000-2001) and Treasurer of the Anguilla Bar Association since 1999. She is also a member of the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP).

She lectured Business Law and Company Law courses at the former College of Arts, Science and Technology (now University of Technology of Jamaica) for 6 years and was the author of the Business Law Teaching Module for the Special Distance Teaching Programme Diploma in Business Administration to Sandals Resort International and Jamaican National Building Society employees.

Yvette's practice areas include Banking and Finance, Offshore Trusts and Services, Corporate and Business Formation, Probate and Estate Management, Admiralty and Shipping.
