Keithley F.T. Lake, Senior Partner, is the founding member of Keithley Lake and Associates. His tradition of hard work and penchant for exceeding his clients’ expectation has resulted in his Firm’s rapid growth both locally and internationally.
Keithley obtained his Juris Doctor Degree with Distinction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He worked for the United States Department of Labor as a Staff Attorney and later worked for Allied-Signal, Inc., where he was promoted to General Counsel and served on the Board of Directors of the Allied Signal, Kansas City Division. His decision to return to the Caribbean led him to the Norman Manley Law School In Jamaica where he obtained his Legal Education Certificate in 1993 after which he returned to Anguilla where he formed the law Firm of Keithley Lake & Associates in July of 1993.
A well-rounded individual, not just in law, he is involved business related matters having also a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St Louis thereby complementing his practice areas He is the Managing Director of AXA Offshore Management Ltd and First Fidelity Trust Ltd. He is also a director of Fidelity Insurance Company Ltd.
His practice areas include Offshore Trusts and Services, Finance and Banking, Corporate and Business Formation, Real Estate and Property Development issues and Government Relations. He is called to the Bars in Missouri, USA, Anguilla, St. Vincent , St. Kitts and Nevis and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Despite his busy schedule, Keithley finds time to give back to the community. He is currently the President of the Anguilla Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also shares his passion for music as he is a disc jockey on Radio Anguilla on Tuesday evenings where he hosts the R&B music showcase, "The Quiet Storm".
