In addition, our banking team advises various international, regional and national banks and financial institutions on all types of syndicated and bilateral lending including debt restructuring, project financing, and property acquisition finance. Our well experienced team also advises on a wider range of issues such as:

• Providing general advice and opinions on relevant banking and finance law.
• Representing lenders and borrowers in international and local commercial and construction loans; preparing and advising on loan agreements, debentures, charges, pledges and other security documentation for tangible as well as intangibles.
• Providing advice and drafting agreements relating to credit card business, data security, money transfer payments and other e-business.
