Michelle Nicola Smith, Associate. Her practice areas include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Probate and Estate Management, Real Estate Transactions, Corporate and Business Formation. Michelle obtained her Law Degree from the University of the West Indies and her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. She was the only student in her year at the Norman Manley Law School to achieve both the Author Scholefield Memorial Prize and the Beresford Hay Prize for being the most outstanding student in the subject area of the law of succession. Michelle is admitted to practice law at the bars of Jamaica (2005) and Anguilla (2006). Michelle also holds a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of the West Indies.
