Our diligent IP team, worked closely with the Government of Anguilla to enact in 2002 new Intellectual Property legislation relating to Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Designs, Copyright, Layout Designs (Topographies) of Integrated Circuits, Geographical Indications and Protection of Trade Secrets. The legislation closely harmonises and complies with TRIPS.
